The best ways to destress

The office was all agreed on one remedy for stress. Exercise. We know, we know, it’s the last thing you feel like doing after an exhausting week at work. Try it and see, we bet it helps you flick the switch from a stressed mess to a  new person with a refreshed perspective and more energy.

At Event Emporium we have a trainer come to visit our office once a week and take a group session. We get outdoors and exercise as a team, we have been doing this for years and believe it works wonders. If you can’t get a corporate trainer for your team, we recommend heading down to a bootcamp before work. It will set you up in a positive mind frame and give you more energy for the day. It will also help you sleep 🙂
